Delete your account

This permanently erases your Leanback community profile, your leaderboard entry and every ride you shared. It cannot be undone. Sessions saved on your own phone are not affected — they were never on our servers.

Still have the app installed?

Delete it from there instead — it is one tap and needs no code: Settings ▸ Community ▸ DELETE ACCOUNT. This page exists for riders who have already uninstalled Leanback.

Deleting by code

Leanback accounts are anonymous — we hold no email address, no password, and display names are neither unique nor verified. So we cannot delete an account on the strength of a name: that would let anyone delete anyone. Instead, the app shows each rider a deletion code under Settings ▸ Community. Only our server can produce a valid code, and each one unlocks exactly one account and can do nothing else — it cannot read the leaderboard, post rides or sign in.

If you no longer have your code

Reinstalling Leanback will not bring the old account back — the credential that identified it was removed with the app. Contact support and tell us as much as you can about the account; we will do what we can, but for the reason above we cannot verify ownership from a display name alone.
